兰平勇等4名代表：

　　你们提出的“关于尽快出台远洋渔业外籍船员入境实施细则，解决远洋渔业用工难问题的建议”收悉。经商外交部、国家移民局，现答复如下：

　　远洋渔业企业雇佣外籍船员存在难以实施有效监管等问题，我部将加大协调沟通力度，推动相关文件尽快印发并抓好贯彻实施，规范外籍船员管理使用，推进解决远洋渔业企业用工难、用工贵问题，促进远洋渔业高质量发展。
