　　    近年来，我部会同相关部门对全国老龄低产低质胶园更新改造、先进种植技术和优良品种应用、新型智能割胶机械推广进行支持，推动天然橡胶生产基地、初加工和产地仓储能力及产业链重点支撑工程建设，显著改善了橡胶生产基础设施条件，有效巩固和提高了天然橡胶生产能力。同时，还组织专家对橡胶林碳汇和收入保险进行深入研究，加大对国家天然橡胶产业技术体系支持力度，提高了科技创新对天然橡胶产业高质量发展的支撑作用。下一步，我部将会同有关部门，积极谋划天然橡胶扶持政策，提高政策扶持强度和覆盖面，对科技研发和精深加工等关键领域、核心环节加大支持力度，推动我国天然橡胶产业转型升级和高质量发展。
