对十四届全国人大一次会议第7695号建议的答复摘要

你们提出的关于尽快修订燕窝从禁止携带、邮寄进入内地的动植物及其产品名录中有条件性豁免的建议收悉。现答复如下：

鉴于旅客携带、寄递燕窝，存在禽流感疫情传播风险和食品安全风险，经研究，暂不对《中华人民共和国禁止携带、寄递进境的动植物及其产品和其他检疫物名录》中“除经商业无菌处理的罐头装燕窝外，其他燕窝产品均禁止携带、寄递进境”的相关规定进行修订。

下一步，我部将支持有关部门在确保国家生物安全的前提下，在现行《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》等法律法规制度框架内，创新进境动植物产品检疫监管模式，助推大湾区互联互通。
