       您提出的关于加大野生蚯蚓保护力度以改善土壤生态环境的建议收悉。现就涉及我部职能部分答复如下：

　　2022年7月，我部联合国家林草局、市场监管总局、生态环境部等部门印发《关于加强野生蚯蚓保护 改善土壤生态环境的通知》，部署各地核实在农田、森林、湿地、草原及自然保护地等区域电捕野生蚯蚓问题，依据职责加强监管，整治非法捕杀、收购、加工野生蚯蚓乱象。通过报刊、电视、新媒体平台等多种渠道开展蚯蚓保护科普宣传，提升群众保护野生蚯蚓意识。
